The National Garden Clubs, INC. (NGC)
NGC is the largest volunteer organization of its type in the world. NGC headquarters is located in St. Louis, MO adjacent to the St. Louis Botanical Gardens. NGC has 200,000 members, 6300 local clubs, 50 state clubs and a National Capital Area Club and has international affiliates. NGC was organized May 1, 1929 and incorporated April 18, 1930.
Mission Statement: National Garden Clubs, Inc provides education, resources and national and networking opportunities for its members to promote the love of gardening, floral design, civic and environmental responsibility.

The Rocky Mountain Region (RMR)
RMR consists of eight states which are Colorado Federation of Garden Clubs, Inc., Kansas Associated Garden Clubs, Inc., Montana Federation of Garden Clubs, Federated Garden Clubs of Nebraska, North Dakota State Federation of Garden Clubs, Inc., The Utah Associated Garden Clubs, Inc. and Wyoming Federation of Garden Clubs, Inc.
The Rocky Mountain Region objectives are to advance the purposes of the National Garden Clubs, Inc. and to coordinate the interests of the states of the region.

Rocky Mountain Region Annual Meeting
August 25-26, 2017 in Jamestown, ND
The Federated Garden Clubs of Nebraska (FGCN) FGCN was organized in 1934. The state organization consists of 6 districts and 23 clubs and a total of 395 members. FGCN supports the NGC and RMR projects, award programs and educational schools. They meet at an annual meeting once each spring rotated around the State to address issues for the National, Regional and State. Dues are paid on a local club basis which pays for the dues at State and National. The FGCN e-mail address is: fgcn@windstream.net.

The district has 3 clubs with 51 members. Central District supports the FGCN and its clubs including Soil Sisters and Misters Garden Club
